Because we operate through a network of qualified suppliers, processing times may vary depending on product availability and sourcing logistics. Standard processing time is 2–7 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected supply delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified whenever applicable.

📦 Order Tracking

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier and provide support throughout the resolution process.


🔄 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The customer may be responsible for reshipment costs. If reshipment is not requested, a refund may be issued minus original shipping and handling fees.
