Return & Refund Policy

🔄 Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

  • Not show signs of installation, misuse, or modification

Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refund at our discretion.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special-order or custom-sourced products

  • Items purchased under final sale or clearance conditions

  • Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse


💰 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).


🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect due to order fulfillment error

If you need an exchange, contact our support team within 5 business days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item was delivered damaged

  • The incorrect product was sent

  • There was a confirmed fulfillment error

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


📦 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If the product has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and subject to this policy.

If a product becomes unavailable after purchase due to supplier constraints, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


📌 Demand-Based Sourcing Notice

As our operation is supplier-connected and demand-based, certain products are sourced specifically per order. In these cases, additional processing time may apply, and return eligibility may be limited depending on supplier conditions.
