  • Shipping Methods & Costs:
    • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your exact location within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
    • Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Opt for express shipping for delivery within 1-3 business days in most major European cities. Express shipping costs will also be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties (within EU/EEA): For orders shipped within the EU and EEA, you will not incur additional customs duties or taxes, as these are included in the price or handled by Bax.

International Shipping (Outside EU & EEA)

    • Delivery Times: Delivery times for international orders vary significantly by destination. Standard international shipping can take anywhere from 7-20 business days. Expedited international options may be available for faster delivery, which will be indicated at checkout if applicable.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that international orders shipped outside the EU/EEA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Important Notes

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays, especially for international orders. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
  • Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the package, our shipping partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges might apply for re-delivery.
