Bax Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bax, we want you to love every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Our Policy

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange eligible items. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In their original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that final sale items, swimwear, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. In-Store Returns: The easiest way to return or exchange an item is to bring it back to our São Paulo store during business hours. Our team will be happy to assist you directly.
  2. Mail-In Returns: If you're unable to visit our store, please contact our customer service team at [Insert Customer Service Email/Phone Number Here] to initiate a mail-in return. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs associated with mail-in returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process for the original item and then place a new order for the desired item. For in-store exchanges, we'll gladly help you find the perfect replacement right away, subject to availability.
